Punkin Patch

Our last playdate was at The Pumpkin Farm in Grapevine. It was so much fun to get outdoors and let the boys run around. They seemed to have a great time. There were so many things for them to do...ride in a wagon, ride a mini tractor, go through a maze and get their picture taken at every stop! It was so cute to see them all running around and checking it all out. For this playdate it was myself and Collin, Jaci and Cason, Katie and Harrison, Nikki and Christian, and Torei, Zizzie and Zaiden. Christian and Zaiden are pretty close to the same age. We started getting together with Katie, Jaci and Lauren back in January...so it is so neat to see how our boys have all changed since that time. Collin is so much fun right now. Each stage is fun in it's own way, but I really am enjoying this one. Collin has such an easy going personality and just lights up when anyone pays any attention to him at all.

Collin loves Blaze very much. He is always hugging and kissing on her now. It just seems like that's the way it should be, a boy and his dog. Blaze comes running if Collin is upset or crying. She's right there to lick his face. Collin knows when Blaze needs a hug too and goes over and just lays on her if she is in the floor. It's so adorable. Those are the things that I wish I could put in a bottle and save. Those moments and also Collin's new laugh. If he hears a laugh...or something remotely sounding like a laugh, he cracks up. It is so funny. You can't help but laugh when he does it, which in turn makes him laugh even more. There is a look that goes along with the laugh that is hard to explain....it's like the biggest smile you have ever seen. His eyes are squinted up and his nose wrinkled.
