A testimony from Todd

Todd posted this as a note on facebook, but I wanted to share it with as many people as I could. Be blessed!

"As most of you know i have diabetis. I take several shots a day to control it and bt am always chasing my blood sugar levels. I dont know if people are aware of the struggles that go along with diabetis but there are a lot of them and one of those is the pain that my body goes throug 24 hours a day. When yoour sugar level is high it feels like your whole body just ran a long marathon and yu didnt train for it so you are sore beyond belief and every joint in your body aches as though you were 150 years old, along with the incredible pain is a smell that is inside your nose like a bottle of rubbing alchol and it burns with every breath you take. Just take my word for it the pain is horrible and i wish that on nobody. This is someting that i go through everyday of my life since i was 5 and im not complaining or wanting sympathy so please dont think tis about that. I just want people to understand the situation because i dont tell anybody and i go on my way through life like it doesnt bother me. Now on ay 14th 2010 i was in dallas and eric my brother came outside with me before i left to go home and we prayed together for the first time that i can remember. In this prayer he asked the lord to touch me and help me with this disease and tears ran down my face cause i didnt even think it crossed his mind cause thats not somethng we talk about but wow it really touched me. When it was time i got in my truck and took off back home. About an hour into my trip i began to struggle with my blood sugars and the pain was almost unbearable so i was going to pull over at the next city and do a shot to help it. All of a sudden i felt this sensation all over my body it lasted for almost a minute and then came the best feeling ever. All the pain was gone all of it. This has never happened to me and i couldnt stop crying cause it felt so good. I cant put into words the feeling but just know it was like heaven on earth. The holy spirit touched me and for 6 six hours i was a living miracle. And just to clarify i did not do my shot and have not taken one since. God blessed me with something that i can never give enough thanks for and only if for 6 hours it felt so good that it made up for all the years i have been dealing with this. So thank you Lord for your touch on me. I just anted to share that with everybody cause it meant so much to me and i hope this will inspire you to put all trust and faith in the lord."
