Yea! Spring is here!

Spring is my favorite season! I am so happy when the weather is warm during the day and still a little cool at night. The flowers start to bloom, the grass is starting to green up, and it just seems to put everyone in a better mood. We have been enjoying our warm weather here in DFW and making the most of our outdoor time. Collin loves it outside and would stay out there all day long if we would let him!

This week we have had lots of fun. On Monday we had swimming lessons and Collin is holding his breath for 3 seconds now! It's still crazy to me, but I'm so glad that he loves it and he's learning some water skills. We had a playdate at the park with Tanner, Cason and Harrison. The boys all played hard and loved the sand box. We had muffins and juice on a blanket...thanks Lauren! On Wednesday our good friends Terry and Kari day stopped by after their day at Six Flags with their kiddos. It was good to see them! Terry Day and I were good friends when we worked at First National Bank of Amarillo together. On Thursday we met up with our playdate group at a place called Antz in Your Pantz. It is a neat place with all sorts of things for the kids to do. There is a room with kitchen stuff, a pet clinic, a grocery store room with a register, sand box room, fire truck room, puppet room and music and art rooms. The boys were all in different directions for most of the morning. That is until the snacks come out...that always brings them together! Here are some fun photos from all of those activities:
